STEP(S).

Sometimes the path requires several coordinated actions. Sometimes it requires one clean move. Both are valid. What matters is restoring enough clarity, margin, and control to make the next decision possible.

01 / Free public tools

Practical help for consequential moments.

The public tool library begins here: focused resources that help people examine assumptions, preserve facts, identify discrepancies, and prepare a clearer next move when their capacity is already under pressure.

The Shadow Checklist

A practical field instrument for examining what may be difficult to see in ourselves, relationships, groups, institutions, and systems. It creates disciplined friction before certainty—helping users test assumptions, distinguish evidence from inference, locate power and consequence, and ask what can be repaired, bounded, redesigned, or stopped.

Need a Trespass Notice
Built for Your Situation?

I learned through my own incident-documentation process that a trespass notice is more than a sign saying “No Trespassing.” The wording can matter. State law, local rules, property type, lawful access, lease terms, court orders, surveillance practices, and the facts surrounding the boundary may all change what a responsible notice should—or should not—say.

When I built my own notice, I did not want something that merely sounded aggressive. I wanted the boundary to be clear, grounded in publicly available law, careful about surveillance, and equally careful not to claim authority the law did not provide. It became another part of the documentation system I was already building around my own incident.
01

Tell Me the Situation

Provide the basic facts, general jurisdiction, property type, your relationship to the property, and the purpose of the notice.

02

I Research the Context

I review relevant publicly available statutes, procedural considerations, lawful-access questions, surveillance issues, and the documented circumstances.

03

I Build the Notice

I prepare clear, professional, fact-specific language without intentionally adding threatening, inflammatory, misleading, or legally unsupported claims.

04

Receive the Document

After the agreed $10 payment, you receive the completed, print-ready notice for your own use and records.

Important scope and legal-information limits

This is an informational research and document-customization service—not legal advice, legal representation, or a determination of anyone’s rights. I use publicly available legal sources and the facts you provide to prepare a practical notice. You remain responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances, and its relevance depends upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

Laws and interpretations can change. Local ordinances, lease terms, court orders, property-management rules, and other circumstances may add requirements. The notice does not guarantee enforceability, exclusion, police action, arrest, prosecution, eviction, or any right to use force. I cannot guarantee how police, courts, landlords, property managers, prosecutors, or other institutions will interpret or respond to it. When legal advice is needed, consult a licensed attorney.

TRANSVERSALITY

Human Continuity
Alliance™

A developing table for people whose disciplines, histories, resources, and forms of influence rarely occupy the same room—yet whose combined sight may help protect human continuity across institutional boundaries. Difference is not an obstacle to participation. It is part of the intelligence of the room.

The organizing philosophy

See across the system.
Remain answerable to the human.

TRANSVERSALITY names the ability to move across professions, institutions, leadership levels, lived realities, and forms of knowledge without flattening their differences. The Alliance is designed to connect what each participant can see with what no single role can see alone.

Human Continuity Alliance™ emblem representing transversality, institutional continuity, responsibility, repair, and Human Rights Justice Systems™.

Who Sits at the Table?

People who see different parts
of the same consequential system.

The Alliance is cross-profession by design. It brings together formal expertise, operational judgment, lived experience, leadership perspective, community knowledge, and resource capacity—without pretending those forms of knowledge are interchangeable.

Horizontal Transversality

Across fields, sectors, communities, and ways of knowing.

Participants connect perspectives that usually remain separated by professional, cultural, ideological, or institutional boundaries.

Vertical Transversality

Across authority, implementation, consequence, and appeal.

Insight moves between frontline experience, supervisory judgment, institutional leadership, public authority, and the people who bear the outcome.

Major Participant Families

A systems-thinking table,
not a single-profession panel.

01

Systems & technical thinkers

Analysts, researchers, engineers, technologists, business architects, and people trained to see relationships across complex systems.

02

Human & institutional practitioners

Clinicians, legal and policy thinkers, educators, public administrators, and professionals working where human need meets institutional authority.

03

Operations & leadership

Supply-chain and operations professionals, frontline leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, executives, and enterprise stewards.

04

Lived experience & ethical plurality

People carrying direct system experience alongside political, independent, faith-rooted, secular, and cross-ideological ethical perspectives.

Stakeholders, Resources & Strategic Influence

Good work also needs pathways to reach the world.

Grant writers, development and proposal-development professionals, philanthropic partners, stakeholders, and people capable of mobilizing resources belong in the architecture. So do people carrying financial, relational, institutional, cultural, or social influence.

Influence may expand capacity, access, and reach. It does not create greater ethical authority or greater human worth.

Interested Participants

Participation begins with demonstrated capacity.

As the contributor pathway develops, interested participants should expect a substantive interview and review of relevant portfolios, work samples, professional records, or other evidence of practice. Titles alone will not substitute for the ability to think across boundaries, work with complexity, communicate responsibly, and contribute under real conditions.

The Alliance will operate within the Human Rights Justice Systems™ ethical framework: human dignity, evidence discipline, accountable power, continuity, reciprocal responsibility, and repair without compulsory sameness.

Future pathwayContribute to the Alliance

The participation pathway will open after the contributor architecture and review standards are ready.

Collaboration Inquiry

Interested in contributing to the Human Continuity Alliance™?

This inquiry pathway is for systems thinkers, practitioners, leaders, researchers, analysts, stakeholders, resource partners, creators, people with lived experience, and others interested in interdisciplinary collaboration across the Human Rights Justice Systems™ ethical framework.

Interested participants may later be invited to an interview and may be asked to provide a portfolio, work sample, professional record, prior project, published work, case example, or other demonstration of work capacity.

Professional title, institutional status, ideology, financial capacity, audience size, or social influence alone does not establish qualification.

The Alliance is looking for people who can see both the system in front of them and the human being moving through it.

Collaboration inquiries are generally reviewed and responded to within 48 hours.

Same Man Re(a)d The Room — R.J. Knox remix artwork

02 / Artist preview · In development

The architecture has another voice.

R.J. Knox

The music moving through Human Rights Justice Systems is also a preview of the artistic work developing alongside it. R.J. Knox is the creative register of that architecture: where consequence, identity, discipline, contradiction, and transformation can be carried through sound rather than institutional language.

Research establishes the architecture. Tools make it usable. Essays examine it. Music carries the emotional experience of living inside it. Music is cultural translation—not documentary evidence.

04 / A missing payment channel

A Brief Note on the Absence of PayPal

PayPal was originally going to appear here.

Unfortunately, after several minutes of attempting to locate the apparently classified information known as my own payment handle, I decided that the experiment had reached its natural conclusion.

We have somehow developed technology capable of moving money across continents in seconds while simultaneously making it increasingly difficult for a human being to answer the question, “What is my fucking username?”

This appears to be one of the stranger laws of modern technological development: as systems become more advanced, the simplest functions must occasionally be hidden behind increasingly elaborate layers of interface archaeology.

So, for now, PayPal has been removed from consideration.

Venmo and Cash App successfully passed the rigorous usability requirement of allowing me to determine what the hell my own payment information is.

05 / Page soundtrack · One Clean Move

Clarity does not always arrive as a master plan.

One Clean Move is about agency under pressure. Progress can be a single defensible action, taken fully and without unnecessary motion. If you have the bandwidth for several moves, take them. If you have capacity for one, make that one restore margin, preserve options, or make the next decision easier.

One step can be complete without pretending it is the whole journey.

One tool is available now. More will appear as they are ready—not before.

Build what helps.
Release what works.
Keep moving.
